St Catharine’s College – McGrath Centre

The project involved a new extension to (and alterations to) the existing college buildings and the conversion of part of the existing basement car park to a bar. The site is surrounded by existing buildings including the Chapel (Grade 1 listed), the Refectory, the Library and Student Residences all of which remained in use throughout the period of the Works. The project includes alterations to these surrounding buildings which needed to accommodate the College’s uses.
