Throughout the construction phase, our team will attend all necessary meetings, visit the site for purposes of valuation, measurement and any other matters. Cost advice when requested will be provided within a quick response time in order that management and design decisions can be taken quickly.

Project Management

Tillyard has the management skills required to be responsible for delivering the overall construction project. We will manage your project from the planning stage, through the implementation, monitoring and control stages up to the conclusion phase of the project.

Specialist Services

Tillyard can assist by assessing whether the claim is legitimate, whether the contractor is complying with the contract procedures and quantify the financial implication by considering the contractor’s cost which can be for unproductive working, employing more resources or constructing additional works.
