Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent (Design & Build)

We have extensive experience taking on the responsibility of administering construction contracts. Our clients can rely on our honesty and reasonable decision making and assessment abilities. Our role as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Risk Management
• Procurement Management
• Implementing change control procedure
• Issuing variation instructions
• Issuing progress reports
• Chairing and minute taking of progress meetings
• Preparing and issuing progress reports
• Issuing interim certificates
• Issuing practical completion certificates
• Drafting and issuing defects schedules
• Issuing certificate of making good defects
